His specialties include window and door installations, replacements, and repairs, along with the kind of challenging projects that require careful planning and creative problem-solving.
Jacob takes pride in understanding how things work, finding practical solutions, and delivering results that look great, function properly, and stand the test of time.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys Minnesota sports, town ball, outdoor projects, and spending time with his daughter.

Marisa is the voice behind TrueMark Repair and often the first person homeowners connect with when considering a project.
She works closely with homeowners to understand their needs, explore options, and help bring their ideas together. From the first conversation through scheduling, estimates, and project coordination, she strives to make the experience feel personal, organized, and approachable.
With a natural ability to connect with people, Marisa takes pride in building relationships and making sure homeowners feel heard, informed, and genuinely cared for.
