TrueMark Repair is a small, locally owned home repair service serving Northfield and nearby communities.
We help with projects that often fall in the middle — more detailed than a basic handyman fix, but not always large enough for a full remodeling company. That includes doors, windows, exterior details, and practical updates that make a home work better and feel more complete.
Our approach is simple: listen closely, explain the options clearly, and do the work with care. Whether it's a focused repair or a list of small improvements, we want homeowners to feel respected, informed, and confident from start to finish.

Owner & Residential Remodeler
Jacob brings hands-on experience across residential repair, installation, and finish work, with a strong focus on doors, windows, trim, and detail-driven home repairs.
His approach is practical, careful, and repair-minded. Whether he’s adjusting a door, replacing damaged trim, installing a window, or finishing the details around a repair, Jacob focuses on work that looks clean, functions properly, and holds up over time.
Outside of work, Jacob enjoys following Minnesota sports and town ball, taking on outdoor projects, and spending time with his daughter.
Meet Marisa
Business Manager
Marisa manages communication, scheduling, estimates, and project coordination for TrueMark Repair — helping homeowners feel informed from the first message through the final walkthrough.
Her focus is on clarity, organization, and thoughtful follow-through, so each project has a clear next step and homeowners know what to expect along the way.
Outside of work, Marisa enjoys bike rides, Minnesota sports, local town ball, and spending time with animals whenever she can.
