TRUEMARK Repair
Terms and Conditions
Updated November 1, 2026Thank you for considering TRUEMARK Repair LLC. These terms explain how we handle inquiries, estimates, and service arrangements. Your signed project agreement describes the specific work, materials, price, and payment schedule for your project. These general terms do not replace that agreement or any required notices.
Requests and EstimatesSubmitting a request or booking an assessment does not authorize construction work or guarantee that we can accept a project. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless another period is stated. We will document the agreed scope and price in writing before work begins. Approval and any required deposit must be handled as described in your project agreement.
Materials and Changes
Only the work and materials described in the written agreement are included. Please review product selections, dimensions, colors, and finishes before approving an order. If you request a change or we discover hidden damage or conditions that require additional work, we will discuss the options and obtain written agreement on the added scope and price before proceeding, except for immediate steps reasonably needed to make an unsafe condition safe.
Scheduling and Property Access
We coordinate scheduling with you. Weather, product availability, inspections, and unforeseen site conditions can affect dates. We will communicate changes as they arise. Please provide safe access to the work area, secure pets, and move personal belongings that could interfere with the work. Tell us about known hazards, access restrictions, and relevant property conditions.
Payments and CancellationsDeposits, progress payments, and final payments are due as stated in your project agreement or invoice. Please contact us promptly if you have a billing question or need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation charges, special-order obligations, or refund terms must be disclosed in your agreement and remain subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits a statutory right to cancel. We will supply required cancellation notices separately when applicable.
Project PhotographyTrueMark Repair may photograph projects for documentation, quality assurance, and warranty purposes. With your separate permission, we may also share project photos for marketing. We will not intentionally disclose identifying information in marketing photos. Marketing permission is optional, and approving an estimate does not grant it.
Workmanship and ConcernsPlease contact us if you have questions about completed work or notice a problem so we can review it with you. Manufacturer warranties are governed by their terms. Nothing in these terms waives or reduces applicable statutory warranties, consumer protections, or other rights. If we offer additional written warranty terms, we will provide them with your project documents.
Communication and ContactProviding contact information allows us to respond to your inquiry and communicate about your project. It does not by itself authorize marketing texts or automatic charges. Applicable Minnesota and federal law govern these terms.
